Joint acts regulating the procedure, scope and methods of digital information exchange were agreed upon and approved, in particular:
The NACP and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine jointly approved the order On Approval of the Procedure for Electronic Information Interaction among the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and Central Executive Authorities, Whose Activities are Directed and Coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 12, 2023 No. 86/23/305;
The NACP and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine jointly approved the order On Approval of the Procedure for Electronic Information Interaction of Electronic Information Resources of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention and the State Tax Service of Ukraine dated June 5, 2023 No. 121/23/289;
The Central Election Commission and the National Bank of Ukraine approved and the NACP agreed on a jointly developed Draft Resolution On the Procedure for Controlling Electoral Funds in the Elections of Parliament Members of Ukraine dated October 20, 2023, No. 66.
In addition, the NACP receives/exchanges information from the State Land Cadastre on land plots of individuals with the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre in accordance with the order dated October 27, 2021 No. 316/676/21 On Amendments to the Procedure for Providing Information by the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre on Land Plots of Individuals to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
Also, the NACP receives/exchanges information with the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market in accordance with Protocol No. 1 of June 20, 2018 of the Memorandum of Understanding, Cooperation and Information Exchange between National Agency on Corruption Prevention and the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market dated November 23, 2016 and Protocol No. 1/88/15 of December 12, 2017.
