Conducting a study of the interaction and technical compatibility (interoperability) between the Unified State Register of Declarations of Officials Authorized to Carry out Functions of State or Local Self-Government and other core state registers, which includes:
1) surveying external and internal users of state registers;
2) identifying the causes of insufficient compatibility of the Unified State Register of Declarations of Officials Authorized to Carry out Functions of State or Local Self-Government;
3) formulating recommendations on how to eliminate the detected causes of insufficient compatibility of registers.
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.4.2.2. Declarants spend less time when filling out declarations and make fewer mistakes when entering information, particularly owing to the updated declaration form and the ability to automatically migrate specific details from other state registers into the declaration
Problem solving:
1.4.2. The process of submitting information to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Officials Authorized to Carry out Functions of State or Local Self-Government is cumbersome due to insufficient awareness of declarants about the requirements on how to fill out the declarations; Recurrent problems in the operation of this Register, flawed legislation
