1.4.2.2.4. Adding data on owners, due vehicle users, transferred to the Unified state vehicle register from previous registers, other information systems, with data about the taxpayer registration card no. or unique record no. in Unified state demographic register (if such number was assigned)
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.4.2.2. Declarants spend less time when filling out declarations and make fewer mistakes when entering information, particularly owing to the updated declaration form and the ability to automatically migrate specific details from other state registers into the declaration
Problem solving:
1.4.2. The process of submitting information to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Officials Authorized to Carry out Functions of State or Local Self-Government is cumbersome due to insufficient awareness of declarants about the requirements on how to fill out the declarations; Recurrent problems in the operation of this Register, flawed legislation

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За повідомленням Міністерства внутрішніх справ України, станом на 31.12.2024 р. "дані про власників та належних користувачів транспортних засобів, наявні в Єдиному державному реєстрі транспортних засобів, доповнюються відомостями про реєстраційний номер облікової картки платника податків або про унікальний номер запису в Єдиному державному демографічному реєстрі (за умови присвоєння такого номера) під час звернення таких суб’єктів до системи сервісних центрів МВС за отриманням адміністративної або іншої послуги, як під час фізичного звернення до територіального сервісного центру МВС так і під час звернення із застосуванням функціональних можливостей електронного кабінету водія або Порталу Дія.
У період з 01жовтня 2024 року по 31 грудня 2024 року до Єдиного державного реєстру транспортних засобів внесено відомості:
- 355981 про власників транспортних засобів;
-50665 даних про належних користувачів транспортних засобів".
