The process of submitting information to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Officials Authorized to Carry out Functions of State or Local Self-Government is cumbersome due to insufficient awareness of declarants about the requirements on how to fill out the declarations; Recurrent problems in the operation of this Register, flawed legislation

На виконання п. 3 Прикінцевих положень Закону України від 20.09.2023 № 3384-IX «Про внесення змін до деяких законів України про визначення порядку подання декларацій осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування, в умовах воєнного стану» НАЗК протягом одного місяця з дня набрання чинності цим Законом забезпечило приведення своїх роз’яснень у відповідність із цим Законом. Оновлені роз'яснення були опубліковані у Базі знань 13.11.2023 (розділ «Декларування»). 29.11.2023 до них були внесені зміни та доповнення № 5, які також оприлюднені в Базі знань. 10.01.2024 до роз’яснень були внесені зміни та доповнення №1, які опубліковані у Базі знань. Крім того підготовлений Посібник щодо декларування станом на 10.01.2024, який також розміщений у Базі знань.
