Офіс Генерального прокурора повідомив, що відповідно до Закону України "Про прокуратуру" п. 10 статті 8-1 кожні два роки, але не частіше двох разів упродовж визначеного цим Законом строку повноважень заступника Генерального прокурора - керівника Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури, проводиться зовнішня незалежна оцінка (аудит) ефективності діяльності Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури. Спеціалізована антикорупційна прокуратура розпочала свою діяльність 21.03.2024 року. Вказаний захід буде проведений протягом двох років з початку діяльності САП, як окрема юридична особа від Офісу Генерального прокурора. Звіт за результатом аудиту установи відповідно до Закону України "Про прокуратуру" буде розміщено на сайті Офісу Генерального прокурора.
