Національним агентством з питань запобігання корупції проведено попередній аналіз міжнародного досвіду щодо захисту викривачів та впровадження інституту викривання, за результатами якого напрацьовано основні критерії щодо аналітичного дослідження, до предмета якого належить вивчення міжнародного досвіду та практики національного правозастосування щодо взаємозалежності рівня переслідування викривачів та відповідальності керівників (роботодавців) за порушення прав викривача та формування рекомендацій з мінімізації впливу виявлених причин.
Станом на 31.03.2024 захід не виконано вчасно у зв‘язку з великим обсягом інформації та обмеженим ресурсом Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції.
