1.2.1.4.9. Systemically staging communications and awareness raising events devoted to the issues of integrity in civil service, the role of civil servants, the functioning of the state apparatus, interactions with citizens and businesses, etc. (with the possible involvement of NGOs and international technical assistance projects in this activity)

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.4. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the implementation of comprehensive measures aimed at instilling in public servants a perception of themselves as people serving the interests of the Ukrainian nation, as well as public trust in public servants as the key reason of why they hold their office
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За повідомленням Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції, станом на 4 квартал 2024 р. а саме:
"09 грудня 2024 року до Міжнародного дня боротьби з корупцією разом з партнерами проведено Форум.
19 грудня 2024 року проведено підсумковий у 2024 році координаційний форум фахівців з державних комунікацій, представників медіа, громадських організацій та проектів міжнародної технічної допомоги.
Проведено три регіональні поїздки до Одеси, Ужгорода, Рівного з керівництвом і командою НАЗК. Їхня мета – налагодження діалогу з місцевою та обласною владою, громадськими організаціями та журналістами-розслідувачами, розбудова доброчесності в органах місцевого самоврядування, виконання Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023–2025 роки, просвітницька та інформаційна робота, надання роз'яснень публічним службовцям з антикорупційного законодавства.
Під час робочої поїздки команда НАЗК проводить зустрічі з міською та обласною владою, керівниками правоохоронних органів, публічними службовцями, громадськими організаціями, медіа, журналістами-розслідувачами, а також освітянами, студентами та громадськими організаціями.
Прокомуніковано серію з семи вебінарів з питань публічної доброчесності від ОЕСР (у співпраці з НАДС), до яких долучилося понад 21 тис. учасників".
