Ensuring regular communications and awareness raising events devoted to the role of elections in a democratic society, the importance of voting, and the monitoring of the conduct of elected officials (with the possible involvement of NGOs and international technical assistance projects in the implementation of this activity)

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.6. The level of awareness of citizens who realize the importance of standards of integrity and ethical conduct of public servants has increased owing to active and systematic communications, awareness-raising and training activities integrated into formal and informal education
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

У Центральній виборчій комісії з метою формування виборчої культури молодих виборців проводиться конкурс на виборчу тематику серед молоді.
Так, з метою його проведення розпорядженням Голови Комісії від 12 лютого 2025 року № 11 утворено організаційний комітет з підготовки та проведення відповідного конкурсу.
Організаційним комітетом на засіданні схвалено умови проведення відповідного конкурсу (протокол засідання від 19 лютого 2025 року № 1), які 28 лютого 2025 року розміщено на офіційному вебсайті Центральної виборчої комісії у підрозділі "Конкурс творчих робіт" розділу "Для громадськості" за посиланням на сторінку "2025".
Крім того, 28 лютого 2025 року на офіційному вебсайті Комісії, а також на сторінці Центральної виборчої комісії в соціальній мережі "Facebook" розміщено оголошення про проведення конкурсу.
За сприяння Центру гуманітарного діалогу (HD) 28 березня 2025 року проведено семінар на тему: "Ризики соціальних медіа у виборчих процесах: попередній досвід та засвоєні уроки".
У лютому 2025 року проведено екскурсію у Комісії для учнів закладів загальної середньої освіти, які є учасниками "Української академії лідерства" під час якої поінформовано, зокрема, про роль виборів.
