31.08.2023 Національне агентство на заміну попереднього проекту, (надісланого 31.07.2023) внесло на розгляд Кабінету Міністрів України проект Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про запобігання корупції» щодо вдосконалення фінансового контролю» з урахуванням відповідних правок Секретаріату Кабінету Міністрів України. 06.10.2023 законопроект повернуто НАЗК для додаткового доопрацювання у зв’язку із внесенням змін до Закону України «Про запобігання корупції».
Станом на 31.03.2024 законопроект доопрацьовується з урахуванням зауважень Секретаріату Кабінету Міністрів України.
