The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.4.3.5. The National Agency has effective tools to prevent abuse of financial control measures against persons who are staff members of intelligence agencies and/or are directly involved in intelligence, counterintelligence, and field detective activities
Problem solving:
1.4.3. Previous efforts involving oversight and verification of declaration as well as monitoring of the lifestyle were not sufficiently effective.

According to the notification of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, in order to implement measure 1.4.3.5.3., the Precedure was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (the order of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention dated June 16, 2023 No. 1-DSK, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2023 No. 1059/40115.)
