1 A law has taken effect, which has supplemented the Law with prohibitions on decision-making, actions or legal transactions that clearly demonstrate a real conflict of interest, particularly with respect to themselves and their next of kin, legal entities in which the official or their close relative is the founder, ultimate beneficial owner (controller) or manager of this legal entity. 90%
