The number and distribution of measures under the State Anti-Corruption Program (SAP) for 2023–2025 have been updated due to the liquidation, in July 2025, of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine, whose functions were transferred to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, as well as the liquidation of the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, whose functions were transferred to the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
