2.5.8.1.1. Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law that, inter alia, proposes to:
1) improve the normative legal regulation of free transfer of land into private ownership of citizens;
2) preserve the right to free transfer into citizens’ private ownership of the land plots that had been made available to them for use prior to 2002 and which are occupied by their residential buildings and utility structures.

a) more than 75 percent of experts on land relations evaluate the quality of legislation indicated in subclause 1 of clause 2.5.8.1 as high or very high (20 percent);
b) more than 50 percent of experts on land relations evaluate the quality of legislation indicated in subclause 1 of clause 2.5.8.1 as high or very high (10 percent);
c) more than 25 percent of experts on land relations evaluate the quality of legislation indicated in subclause 1 of clause 2.5.8.1 as high or very high (5 percent).
