b) the entity responsible for approving the rules of monitoring of financial and business activities and other activities of political parties (20 percent);
c) the obligation of the National Agency to analyze reports submitted by entities participating in the election process (other than candidates for the position of the President of Ukraine and political parties) in their entirety to make sure they have been submitted on time, and also randomly – taking into account the risks inherent in financial and business activities and other operations (20 percent).
