2.2.4.2.7. Approving the Procedural Recommendations on the Conditions of Remuneration for Local Self-Government Officials

The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.4.2. Government agencies and local self-government bodies have introduced a system of remuneration based on the classification of positions and bonuses depending on personal contribution to the overall performance of the body; wages are competitive and predictable, which makes it possible to hire and retain a professional and motivated staff with integrity

02 травня 2023 року Верховною Радою України прийнято Закон України «Про службу в органах місцевого самоврядування» № 3077-ІХ, який набирає чинності через шість місяців з дня його опублікування, але не раніше ніж через шість місяців з дня припинення або скасування воєнного стану в Україні.
Норми Закону щодо оплати праці, заохочення і соціальних гарантій (розділ VI) набирають чинності одночасно з набранням чинності Законом.
Протягом шести місяців з дня набрання чинності Закону НАДС буде забезпечено розробку та затвердження Методичних рекомендацій щодо умов оплати праці посадових осіб місцевого самоврядування.
