As reported by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, as of September 30, 2023, the implementation of the experimental project regarding the application of the Procedure for Forming the Wage Fund for Civil Servants at a Government Agency has been ensured by organizing the collection, summarization, and processing of information from the participants of the experimental project. The analysis of the information provided by the participants of the experimental project was conducted. All components of the wage fund were analyzed and the maximum, optimal and minimum need for labor costs for employees of the relevant government agencies was determined.
