By letter No. 82-06/10944-23 dated May 18, 2023, the NACP appealed to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to provide information with detailed, substantiated calculations of the amount of expenditures necessary for the implementation of the measures provided for in subclauses 2.7.5.2.2 and 2.7.5.2.4. The letter dated May 30, 2023 No. 1/7674-23 provided information on the financial and economic calculations of needs. However, in the letter dated September 11, 2023, No. 82-06/20851-23, the NACP reported that the Law of Ukraine On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2023 and the expenditure limits for the 2024–2026, provided by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for the preparation of the budget request under the budget program CPCEC 6331030 "Implementation of Anti-Corruption Strategies", do not provide funds for the financing of SACP measures for lower-level administrators. In addition, the letter dated Septemer 9, 2023 No. 11-06/22401-23 on solving problems related to attracting resources necessary for the implementation of SACP measures was received from NACP . The letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 10, 2023 No. 1/15468-23 provided information on the implementation of digital products and the attraction of the necessary resources.
