In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine “has developed terms of reference for the functioning of the data exchange register and technical possibility of interaction between the Unified Register of State-Owned Properties and the Register of Government Aid to Business Entities, conducted financial and economic calculations of the needs necessary for the implementation of measures planned for 2024 and 2025.
At the same time, the Committee analyzed and determined the estimated cost of providing services for the functioning of the data exchange register and technical possibility of interaction between the Unified Register of State-Owned Properties and the Register of Government Aid to Business Entities in accordance with measure 1.1.1.5.4.(21) as of 2023, which was included in the budget request of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for 2024–2026 with an estimated cost of UAH 360,000 (three hundred sixty thousand Ukrainian hryvnias) in accordance with the commercial offer.”
