In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.

За результатом аналізу виконання заходу 1.6.3.2.2 можна зробити висновок, що захід виконано частково. Оскільки сукупно Національним агентством з питань запобігання корупції проведено 7 тренінгів (навчальних курсів з питань правового захисту викривачів) для прокурорів та 2 - для слідчих Національної поліції України та працівників Державного бюро розслідувань.
Інформація щодо проведення Національним агентством з питань запобігання корупції навчальних курсів з питань правового захисту викривачів для суддів, адвокатів, які надають безоплатну вторинну правову допомогу, і працівників центрів з надання безоплатної вторинної правової допомоги відсутня.
