Progress/Result of implementation:
According to the current regulatory acts, the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine is not an organiser or participant of electronic auctions. The introduction of electronic auctions for such a limited common resource as surface water resources on a permanent basis is not advisable, taking into account the analytical studies conducted.
