In order to ensure citizens' access to information on water objects of Ukraine, the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine maintains the "Water Resources of Ukraine" geoportal, which contains comprehensive information on the state water cadastre - accounting of surface water objects is available at the link: http://geoportal.davr. gov.ua:81.
Access to the geoportal is limited in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 12, 2022 No. 263 Some Issues of Ensuring the Functioning of Information and Communication Systems, Electronic Communication Systems, Public Electronic Registers while Martial Law is in Effect.
Information about the conducted studies on surface water quality is displayed on the website of the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine through the software web system "Monitoring and Ecological Assessment of Water Resources" (http://monitoring.davr.gov.ua).
During the period of military actions, for security reasons, access to the environmental information of the web system is closed for public use. Ready-to-use data sets from the software web system "Monitoring and Ecological Assessment of Water Resources" are being transferred to the "EkoZagroza" dashboard, which is an official resource of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine. The monitoring data are displayed on the "EcoZagroza" map in the thematic layer "Monitoring and Ecological Assessment of Water Resources". In addition, the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine has ensured the publication of monitoring data on the open data portal.
