На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3.(3) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Волинською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено, про "опрацювання наказу Державного агентства відновлення та розвитку інфраструктури України та опрацьовується питання щодо дорожніх інфраструктурних проєктів, що підлягають розкриттю згідно із стандартом CoST IDS. Одночасно повідомляємо, що перелік об’єктів, фінансування яких у 2024 році здійснюватиметься за рахунок залишку субвенції з державного бюджету місцевим бюджетам на фінансове забезпечення будівництва, реконструкції, ремонту і утримання автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення, вулиць і доріг комунальної власності у населених пунктах (розпорядження начальника обласної військової адміністрації від 14 березня 2024 року № 116), оприлюднено на офіційному вебсайті Волинської обласної державної адміністрації в розділі "Громадянам" "Розпорядження". Разом із тим, проаналізувавши набори даних, що оприлюднюються Волинською обласною державною адміністрацією на Єдиному державному веб-порталі відкритих даних, можемо констатувати, що жоден із наборів даних визначених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 21.10.2015 № 835 не оприлюднюються. З огляду на це неможливо констатувати початок виконання вказаного заходу.
