На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3. (11) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Кіровоградською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено: "державне підприємство «Агентство місцевих автомобільних доріг» (далі - державне підприємство)не може виконувати заходи Кіровоградської обласної державної адміністрації щодо реалізації Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, через відсутність механізму, який врегульовує питання про оприлюднення інформації щодо дорожніх інфраструктурних проектів, яка підлягає розкриттю згідно із стандартом CoST IDS (Infrastructure Data Standard), та публікацію даних (зокрема проектної документації та методики розрахунку очікуваної вартості закупівлі) яка відбувається у машинозчитуваному форматі, згідно із стандартами OC4IDS і OCDS". З аналізу Єдиного державного веб-порталу відкритих даних, встановлено, що Кіровоградською обласною державною адміністрацією не забезпечується оприлюднення жодного із наборів відкритих даних, що мають оприлюднюватися відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 21.10.2015 № 835. Таким чином, неможливо констатувати початок виконання вказаного заходу.
