Під час інформування за 2 квартал 2023 року Державне космічне агентство України повідомляло, що захід не розпочато у зв'язку з відсутністю розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України "Про проведення інвентаризації та оцінки об’єктів інтелектуальної власності суб’єктів господарювання оборонно-промислового комплексу", та розпорядження Кабінету Міністрів України "Про затвердження політики управління інтелектуальною власністю в оборонно-промисловому комплексі".
В рамках інформування про стан виконання заходу за 1 квартал 2024 р. Державним космічним агентством України додаткових відомостей не надано, з огляду на що захід не може вважатися таким, що розпочатий.
