In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.1.4.2 (5) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Державним космічним агентством України повідомлено, що надсилаються документи про проведення інвентаризації об'єктів права інтелектуальної власності, що знаходяться на балансі підприємств сфери управління ДКА.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «100 відсотків об’єктів інтелектуальної власності суб’єктів господарювання оборонно-промислового комплексу та суб’єктів господарювання, що належать до сфери управління Міноборони, оцінено».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.07.2023 (дата початку виконання) – 31.03.2025 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 3, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.1.4.2 (5) Програми присвоєно статус «виконано невчасно та частково».
