На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3. (15) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Одеською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено, що "в умовах дії правового режиму воєнного стану, з метою забезпечення доступу до публічної інформації та одночасно попередження шкоди національній безпеці України, було проведено «трискладовий тест», в тому числі для набору даних «Дані щодо дорожніх інфраструктурних проектів згідно із стандартом CoST IDS (Infrastructure Data Standard), у машинозчитуваному форматі згідно із стандартами OC4IDS і OCDS». За результатами проведення «трискладового тесту» визначено, що оприлюднення даного набору може завдати шкоди національній безпеці України та її територіальній цілісності. Враховуючи зазначене, оприлюднення даного набору тимчасово призупинено". Разом із тим, раніше Одеською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлялося, про видання розпорядження від 23.12.2022 №916/А-2022 "Про оприлюднення обласною державною (військовою) адміністрацією публічної інформації у формі відкритих даних", яким передбачено щорічне оприлюднення зазначеного набору даних. З огляду на наведене вище, не видається можливим констатувати виконання вказаного заходу оскільки інформація, передбачена заходом, не оприлюднена на Єдиному державному веб-порталі відкритих даних.
