1. На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3. (15) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Одеською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено, що набір даних "Дані про об’єкти будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення (для облдержадміністрацій)" з 22.07.2025 року знаходиться на модерації.
2. З аналізу Єдиного державного веб-порталу відкритих даних, встановлено, що у межах звітного періоду Одеською обласною державною адміністрацією забезпечено оприлюднення такого набору відкритих даних, як схеми планування територій областей (набір даних оновлений 03 серпня 2026 року).
3. Разом із тим, також звертаємо увагу на необхідність забезпечення оприлюднення й інших наборів відкритих даних, що визначені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 835 від 21.10.2015 року, а саме: "дані щодо об’єктів будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення відповідно до стандарту OC4IDS - Open Contracting for Infrastructure Data Standard", "дані про виконані роботи з нанесення дорожньої розмітки", а також "перелік автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення".
4. З огляду на вищевказану інформацію, захід має статус "виконано частково".
