На виконання заходу 2.5.10.1.3 (16) Полтавською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено, що "облвійськадміністрації зможуть розпочати виконання та інформування по вищезазначеному заходу після прийняття постанови Кабінету Міністрів України в частині внесення змін до ДАП". Разом із тим, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 21 жовтня 2015 р. № 835 чітко визначає набори відкритих даних, що мають оприлюднюватися обласними державними адміністраціями. Однак, із аналізу Єдиного державного веб-порталу відкритих даних констатовано про не оприлюднення Полтавською обласною державною адміністрацією відповідних наборів даних. Відтак, виконання заходу не є розпочатим.
