The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:

With regard to public infrastructure projects, the mandatory publication of all information required by the Law of Ukraine On the Openness of Spending of Public Funds and data disclosure in accordance with
CoST IDS (Infrastructure Data Standard) and publication of data (including design documentation and methodology for calculating the anticipated cost of procurement) in a machine-readable format in accordance with OC4IDS and OCDS standards

1. З аналізу Єдиного державного веб-порталу відкритих даних, встановлено, що у межах звітного періоду Рівненською обласною державною адміністрацією забезпечено оприлюднення такого набору відкритих даних, як:
- схема планування території Рівненської області (набір даних оновлений 04 травня 2026 року).
2.Разом із тим, також звертаємо увагу на необхідність забезпечення оприлюднення й інших наборів відкритих даних, що визначені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 835 від 21.10.2015 року, а саме:
- дані про об’єкти будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення відповідно до стандарту OC4IDS (для облдержадміністрацій);
- дані про виконані роботи з нанесення дорожньої розмітки (для облдержадміністрацій);
- перелік автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення (для облдержадміністрацій).
3. З огляду на вищевказану інформацію, захід має статус "виконано частково".
