The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:

With regard to public infrastructure projects, the mandatory publication of all information required by the Law of Ukraine On the Openness of Spending of Public Funds and data disclosure in accordance with
CoST IDS (Infrastructure Data Standard) and publication of data (including design documentation and methodology for calculating the anticipated cost of procurement) in a machine-readable format in accordance with OC4IDS and OCDS standards

1. З аналізу, Єдиного державного веб-порталу відкритих даних, можемо констатувати, що Тернопільською обласною державною адміністрацією забезпечується оприлюднення таких наборів відкритих даних, як:
- перелік дозволів на викиди забруднюючих речовин в атмосферне повітря стаціонарними джерелами об'єктів 2 та 3 груп управління екології та природних ресурсів Тернопільської обласної військової адміністрації із зазначенням номера та строку дії (останнє оновлення 05 лютого 2026 року);
- перелік автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення у Тернопільській області (останнє оновлення 27 листопада 2025 року);
- дані щодо об’єктів будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення відповідно до стандарту (останнє оновлення 27 листопада 2025 року).
2. Відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про затвердження Положення про набори даних, які підлягають оприлюдненню у формі відкритих даних" від 21.10.2015 № 835, у формі відкритих даних підлягає також оприлюднення інформація про схеми планування територій областей та дані про виконанні роботи з нанесення дорожньої розмітки.
3. Таким чином, з огляду на не забезпечення створення усіх наборів відкритих даних, визначених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 835, вимушені констатувати, що захід виконано частково.
