The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:

With regard to public infrastructure projects, the mandatory publication of all information required by the Law of Ukraine On the Openness of Spending of Public Funds and data disclosure in accordance with
CoST IDS (Infrastructure Data Standard) and publication of data (including design documentation and methodology for calculating the anticipated cost of procurement) in a machine-readable format in accordance with OC4IDS and OCDS standards

1. На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3 (19) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, з аналізу Єдиного державного веб-порталу відкритих даних можемо встановити, що Тернопільською обласною державною адміністрацією забезпечується оприлюднення таких наборів відкритих даних як:
1) схеми планування територій областей (оновлено 18 серпня 2025 року);
2) дані щодо об’єктів будівництва, реконструкції та ремонту автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення відповідно до стандарту (оновлено 08 квітня 2026 року);
3) перелік автомобільних доріг загального користування місцевого значення Тернопільської області (оновлено 08 квітня 2026 року).
2. Окрім того, звергаємо увагу на те, що відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України "Про затвердження Положення про набори даних, які підлягають оприлюдненню у формі відкритих даних" від 21.10.2015 № 835, у формі відкритих даних підлягає також оприлюднення інформація про дані про виконанні роботи з нанесення дорожньої розмітки.
3. Таким чином, констатуємо, що захід є виконаним частково за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року.
