Performance by the National Agency for Rebuilding and Development of Infrastructure and regional state administrations all of the requirements of the order indicated in subclause 2.5.10.1.2, and ensuring the publication of open data on the Unified State Web Portal of Open Data in accordance with the list of data sets per CoST IDS (Infrastructure Data Standard), publication of data (particularly design documentation and methodology of calculation of the anticipated cost of procurement) in machine-readable format in accordance with the OC4IDS and OCDS standards

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3 (24) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Чернігівською обласною державною адміністрацією повідомлено, що "наказ Агентства відновлення, яким врегульовано питання про оприлюднення публічної інформації у формі відкритих даних, які згідно з додатком до Положення про набори даних, які підлягають оприлюдненню у формі відкритих даних, затвердженого постановою КМУ від 21.10.2015 №835 до відома не доведений. Інформація про використання бюджетних коштів оприлюднюється на веб-сайті E-Data.
Просимо зауважити, що Наказ зазначений у заході 2.5.10.1.2., поширюється виключно на Агентство відновлення. З огляду на це Державне підприємство "Агентство місцевих доріг Чернігівської області" не може почати виконання заходу 2.5.10.1.3 (24)". Разом із тим, звертаємо увагу на те, що відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 21.10.2015 р. № 835 визначається перелік наборів даних, що мають оприлюднюватися місцевими державними адміністраціями. Однак, з аналізу наборів даних, що оприлюднюються Чернігівською обласною державною адміністрацією на Єдиному державному веб-порталі відкритих даних не можемо констатувати про початок виконання вказаного заходу. Виконання заходу не розпочато.
