The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.2.4. An information and analytical system for management of natural resources management has been introduced, which provides open access to up-to-date information on natural resources, contains the functionality of electronic services, electronic reporting, traceability, environmental monitoring and inspection, as well as an open software interface for creating analytical and visual (geoinformation) software based on the data of this information and analytical system (without the right to modify such data)

According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, information on existing irrigation systems, hydraulic structures, and pumping stations transferred from the State Agency of Water Resources of Ukraine has been digitised. The software for public use is under development.
Taking into account the provided information, the measure can be considered implemented in the part within the authority of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
