The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.2.2.4. An information and analytical system for management of natural resources management has been introduced, which provides open access to up-to-date information on natural resources, contains the functionality of electronic services, electronic reporting, traceability, environmental monitoring and inspection, as well as an open software interface for creating analytical and visual (geoinformation) software based on the data of this information and analytical system (without the right to modify such data)

Відповідно до чинних нормативно-правових актів Держводагентство не є організатором та учасником електронних аукціонів.
Позиція органу полягає в тому, що впровадження електронних аукціонів для доступу до такого обмеженого спільного ресурсу, як поверхневі водні ресурси, на постійній основі з урахуванням проведених аналітичних досліджень недоцільно.
З урахуванням зазначеного проектом акта щодо внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки передбачено виключення Держводагентства з числа виконавців заходу 2.2.2.4.4.
