На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.5.10.1.3. (1) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Агентством відновлення повідомлено, що на Єдиному державному веб-порталі відкритих даних інформація публікується відповідно до наказу Державного агентства відновлення та розвитку інфраструктури України від 24.08.2023 № 355 «Про набори даних Агентства відновлення, які підлягають оприлюдненню у форматі відкритих даних». З аналізу оприлюднених наборів даних на Єдиному державному веб-порталі відкритих даних можемо констатувати, що відповідні набори даних Агентством відновлення оприлюднюються. Разом із тим, звертаємо увагу на необхідності систематичного оновлення відповідних наборів даних задля підтримання їх у актуальному стані. Загалом можемо констатувати, про виконання вказаного заходу Агентством відновлення у межах звітного періоду. Відтак, захід виконується.
