2.7.1.3. The specific considerations of procurement of medications and medical devices necessitated by the pandemic or carried out during the pandemic are established in such a way as to prevent corruption risks

На виконання заходу передбаченого п. 2.7.1.3.2 Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, Міністерством охорони здоров'я України повідомлено, що "за результатами громадського обговорення зауважень та пропозицій до аналітичного звіту щодо оцінки корупційних ризиків під час закупівель лікарських засобів та медичних виробів, що зумовлені пандемією або здійснюються під час пандемії, не надходили. Звіт за результатами громадського обговорення опубліковано на офіційному вебсайті МОЗ в розділі "Громадське обговорення".
Разом із тим, з огляду на те, що громадське обговорення не було проведено у формі публічних консультацій констатувати повне виконання вказаного заходу неможливо.
Для виконання заходу необхідно провести обговорення аналітичного звіту у форматі публічної дискусії із запрошенням до участі у ньому заінтересованих органів влади, неурядових організацій та міжнародних організацій, які працюють над питанням запобігання корупції та мінімізації ризиків у діяльності Міністерства.
