In order to implement the measure provided for in subclause 2.7.1.3.3. of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, based on the findings of the analytical study on the assessment of corruption risks in the procurement of medications and medical devices caused by the pandemic or carried out during the pandemic, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine stated that there was no need to develop draft normative legal acts on amendments to normative legal acts.
