An information and analytical system for management of natural resources management has been introduced, which provides open access to up-to-date information on natural resources, contains the functionality of electronic services, electronic reporting, traceability, environmental monitoring and inspection, as well as an open software interface for creating analytical and visual (geoinformation) software based on the data of this information and analytical system (without the right to modify such data)

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status

Єдина державна електронна система управління галуззю рибного господарства («еРиба») є важливим елементом процедури укладення договорів на право на промисловий вилов риби та отримання відповідних спеціальних дозволів.
Функціонал системи «еРиба» надає можливість, в тому числі подання заяви про отримання документів дозвільного характеру, її погодження та видання таких документи. Цей функціонал системи реалізується через її компонент під назвою Е-Дозвіл, який був запущений 5 липня 2024 року.
Також, статтею 27-2 Закону України «Про рибне господарство, промислове рибальство та охорону водних біоресурсів» передбачено, що система «еРиба» має також містити інформацію про звітність у сфері рибного господарства.
Порядок здійснення спеціального використання водних біоресурсів, затверджений постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 22 грудня 2023 р. № 1347, в оригінальній редакції передбачав розділ «Звіт про обсяги добування (вилову) водних біоресурсів». Однак, цей розділ був виключений на підставі постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28.06.2024 № 765.
Під час проведення моніторингу не вдалося встановити, чи передбачена чинним законодавством звітність про добування водних біоресурсів і чи функціонал з подання такої звітності впроваджений у систему «еРиба».
