The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
2.6.1.2. State registration of real rights to immovable property of business entities of the defense industry was ensured (with the inclusion of information on land plots in a special information layer on defense land in the Public Cadastral Map)

Performance indicator:
Real rights to 100 percent of immovable properties and land plots in the defense industry (other than those that are being disputed in court and the ones located in territories adjacent to combat lines or temporarily occupied by Russian Federation) have been registered.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1194 On Amendments to the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 dated 18 October 2024, the content of the measure was amended.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
1. На виконання заходу, передбаченого п. 2.6.1.2.2 (4) Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023-2025 роки, головним виконавцем повідомлено, що захід виконується та здійснюється в межах повноважень координація діяльності підприємств, що належать до сфери управління Державного космічного агентства, щодо проведення реєстрації речових прав на об’єкти нерухомого майна і земельних ділянок.
2. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми показником виконання цього заходу є «на 100 відсотків об’єктів нерухомого майна і земельних ділянок оборонно-промислового комплексу здійснено реєстрацію речових прав, крім тих, щодо яких існують судові спори та що розташовані на територіях, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії або тимчасово окупованих Російською Федерацією».
3. Відповідно до Додатку 2 Програми строк виконання цього заходу визначений як 01.04.2024 (дата початку виконання) – 31.12.2025 (дата завершення виконання).
4. З огляду на інформацію, що міститься у пп. 1 – 3, за результатами моніторингу за I квартал 2026 року заходу 2.6.1.2.2 (4) Програми присвоєно статус «виконано невчасно та частково».
