Національне агентство підготувало проект аналітичного звіту за результатами дослідження випадків обіймання адміністративних посад у суді понад два строки підряд з рекомендаціями щодо їх унеможливлення та подолання. Станом на 31.03.2025 проект відповідного аналітичного звіту доопрацьовується.
З огляду на сплив строків виконання заходу, а також на те, що показник виконання заходу передбачає оприлюднення проекту звіту, у межах щоквартального моніторингу стану виконання заходів за 1 кварталі 2025 року вимушені констатувати, що захід не виконано.
