Drafting and submitting to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a draft law proposing to improve the procedure for electing judges to administrative positions and dismissing them from these positions in order to make it impossible for the same person to hold the same administrative position in courts for a long period of time, according to the recommendations outlined in the analytical report indicated in subclause 2.1.4.1.1
