The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine informed that it has prepared an analysis to determine the categories of cases that can be considered online regardless of the location of the parties and the court as part of monitoring the implementation and analysis of the effectiveness of the adopted normative legal acts. The results of the analysis are included in the "Monitoring Report 2023" published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Section I, Issue 1 of the "Judicial System and Proceedings" block).
