За інформацією, наданою Державною судовою адміністрацією України станом на 31.03.2024 року, триває виконання відповідного заходу. З огляду на сплив строків виконання заходу, у межах щоквартального моніторингу за І квартал 2024 року (січень - березень 2024 року), вимушені констатувати, що захід не виконано.
Водночас, у межах підготовки проекту щодо внесення змін до ДАП на 2023-2025 роки ДСА України запропонувало перенести строки виконання заходу.
