Developing software and deploying hardware required for the implementation of the full functionality of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System with the involvement of vendors / contractors selected through competitive and transparent public procurement processes (including the expansion of the functionality of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System as mandated by provisions of procedural legislation and to provide courts with IT equipment (server, network, and computer hardware, particularly scanners)

2.1.4.2. E-justice has been ensured, in particular by enabling the online consideration of certain categories of cases regardless of the location of the parties and the court, which, in particular, contributes to the even allocation of cases among courts and judges
