The iCase system has been integrated with the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System or a different system used pursuant to Article 35 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine at the High Anticorruption Court, which ensures data exchange in the requisite volumes.
Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
According to the information provided by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the integration of the iCase pre-trial investigation information and telecommunication system (hereinafter referred to as the iCase ITS) with the D-3 automated court document management system (hereinafter referred to as the D-3 AS) has been implemented.
On October 17, 2023, the Technical Committee of the iCase ITS of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine put into commercial operation the functionality of the system's integration with the D-3 AS, and the High Anti-Corruption Court was informed of this.
In accordance with the order of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated November 17, 2023 No. 35, the implementation of iCase ITS in the court's activities, in order to accept applications for permission to conduct investigative (procedural) actions, begins on December 01, 2023.
Starting from December 1, 2023, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of the Prosecutor General's Office may submit applications for permission to conduct investigative (procedural) actions to the High Anti-Corruption Court in electronic form.
