1.2.1.1.1.
Supplementing the State Standard of Vocational Secondary Education:
a) with a list of value orientations aimed at instilling intolerance of corruption and manifestations of dishonesty;
b) with a list of tasks essential to acquiring civic and social competencies as part of instilling intolerance of corruption in all of its manifestations, an understanding of the inadmissibility of tolerating inequality and dishonesty, as well as the readiness to abandon unscrupulous practices when solving problems
Measure status:
The measure is aimed at achieving ESR:
1.2.1.1. The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the integration of anticorruption topics into educational curricula at all levels, which includes instilling in society a stable perception of corruption as a phenomenon that significantly slows down the socioeconomic development of the country, of corrupt officials as persons who make public administration ineffective, and the realization that dishonest practices, even when they look like a convenient opportunity to solve their issues in the short term, are always disadvantageous for individuals and society in the medium and long term
Problem solving:
1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

За повідомленням Міністерства освіти і науки України, станом на 31.03.2024 р. :
"1) Проєкт Державного стандарту профільної середньої освіти (10–12 класи й заклади професійної освіти в частині здобуття повної загальної середньої освіти) оприлюднено для громадського обговорення до 30.11.2023 https://mon.gov.ua/ua/news/profilna-serednya-osvita-pochalosya-gromadske-obgovorennya-proyektu-standartu, де включено до громадянської та соціальної компетентності ставлення щодо нульової толерантності до корупції в усіх її проявах, нерівності та недоброчесності.
2) Підготовлено звіт про громадське обговорення проєкту Державного стандарту профільної середньої освіти, який розміщено за посиланням: https://mon.gov.ua/ua/news/profilna-serednya-osvita-pochalosya-gromadske-obgovorennya-proyektu-standartu.
3) Проєкт постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Державного стандарту профільної середньої освіти» надіслано на погодження до заінтересованих ЦОВВ (лист МОН від 28.02.2024 №1/3537-24).
4) Проєкт погоджено без зауважень Міноборони (лист від 04.03.2024 № 220/3262), Мінкультом (лист від 01.03.2024 № 05/9/1637-24), Національною академією педагогічних наук України (лист від 06.03.2024 №2-6/67), Уповноваженим із захисту державної мови (лист від 06.03.2024 № 1112/05), Міністерством охорони здоров`я України (лист від 12.03.2024 №22-04/10938/2-24), Міністерством економіки (лист від 14.03.2024 №4703-03/19154-03). Погоджено із зауваженнями: Мінмолодь (лист від 07.03.2024 № 2826/12.1), Національна академія науки (лист від 14.03.2024 №9к/429-5)".
