The management of assets seized in criminal proceedings, the search for illegally obtained assets outside Ukraine and their repatriation are carried out effectively, inter alia, owing to: the strengthening of the institutional capacity of ARMA;
the improvement of legislation governing the transfer of assets for management; ensuring effective international cooperation

3.3.3. The legislation governing the activity of the ARMA contains numerous gaps and corruption risks. Low effectiveness of the processes of transferring assets to ARMA for management to preserve their economic value, as well as the processes of combating and preventing money laundering

17.11.2023 затверджено постанову Кабінету Міністрів України № 1252 «Про утворення Міжвідомчої робочої групи з підготовки пропозицій щодо питань реалізації Стратегії повернення активів на 2023-2025 роки».
Захід не виконано, і АРМА повідомляє, що Станом на 15.04.2024 отримано кандидатури від державних органів влади для затвердження персонального складу Міжвідомчої робочої групи з підготовки пропозицій щодо питань реалізації Стратегії повернення активів на 2023-2025 роки.
АРМА інформує, що Служба безпеки України кандидатуру не визначила, а отримані кандидатури до складу Міжвідомчої робочої групи надано на розгляд Першого віце-прем’єр-міністра України – Міністра економіки України.
