Cases of money laundering and assets obtained through corruption are detected and duly document owing to the effective work of the State Financial Monitoring Service and the regulatory framework governing its cooperation with the National Agency, the National Anticorruption Bureau, the Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office, ARMA, and other government agencies

3.3.3. The legislation governing the activity of the ARMA contains numerous gaps and corruption risks. Low effectiveness of the processes of transferring assets to ARMA for management to preserve their economic value, as well as the processes of combating and preventing money laundering
