The overall level of tolerance of corruption in Ukraine has decreased owing to the creation of favorable conditions for professional development of educators and people working with the public, in particular in matters of academic integrity and instilling an attitude of intolerance of corruption in all its manifestations among students

1.2.1. Everyday corrupt practices are an established norm of conduct and are not perceived as violations of moral or legal norms. There is no consistent demand from the population for public officials to uphold the prescribed rules of ethical conduct and integrity

Implementing status
Progress/Result of implementation:
Course on anti-corruption topic "Complience with Anti-Corruption Legislation and Academic Integrity in the Activities of Employees of Educational Institutions" has been developed. Anti-corruption topics are integrated into professional development courses for pedagogical, academic and research staff, conducted by the State Institution "Scientific and Methodological Center of Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education". The training program has been developed. The online course is in the final stage of development. The letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine recommending the online course for teachers "Learn: what to say about integrity in class" to be used as material for professional development classes for teachers was sent to the rectors (directors) of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions (letter dated August 11, 2023 No. 1/11946-23).
