За інформацією Міноборони: "Проєкт розпорядження розроблено але існує суперечність з Законом України Про засади державної регуляторної політики у сфері господарської діяльності".
З огляду на надану Міноборони інформацію розробку проекту розпорядження не було завершено, проект не направлявся на погодження до відповідних органів, а подання Кабінету Міністрів України проекту розпорядження КМУ про проведення інвентаризації та оцінки об’єктів інтелектуальної власності суб’єктів господарювання оборонно-промислового комплексу Міністерством оборони України не здійснювалось. Тому відповідний захід є не виконаним.
Разом з тим, НАЗК погоджується проект постанови КМУ щодо внесення змін до Державної антикорупційної програми на 2023 - 2025 роки, який, зокрема, передбачатиме зміни в частині виконання цього заходу.
